Mike Harris

Mike Harris is the Head of Business Operations for Digital Services at Ericsson, where they drive business efficiency and optimization across the Middle East and Africa. They previously held several leadership roles at Ericsson, including Head of Strategy Execution and Head of Engagement Practice, where they managed significant initiatives and impactful transformations. Earlier in their career, Mike served as a Project Manager at Marconi UK and gained experience in account management at National Grid. They hold a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Warwick and have completed executive education courses at Boston University and Columbia Business School.
