Mirabela Boldojar

Mirabela Boldojar is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Internal Communications Business Partner at Ericsson since January 2021. Previously, Mirabela held the position of Communication Manager for Romania and the Balkans at GSK from July 2009 to October 2020, where responsibilities included planning and managing internal and external communication plans, delivering employer branding campaigns, and developing Public Affairs strategies. Additional roles at GSK included Internal Communication & Office Coordinator, where event management and crisis communications were key tasks. Prior to GSK, Mirabela worked as a Consultant and Researcher at HART HR Consulting, managing recruitment projects and conducting research activities. Mirabela holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bucharest, completed in 2007.
