Mishika Singla

Mishika Singla is a Senior DFX Lead at Ericsson, specializing in DFT design. They bring hands-on experience in pre-silicon and post-silicon DFT for SoCs, including expertise in ATPG based structural tests, memory BIST, and JTAG. Previously, Mishika held positions as a Senior Engineering Manager at Intel Corporation and as DFT Lead at Qualcomm, where they contributed to full chip DFT for advanced SoCs. Mishika also worked as a Senior Design Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor and completed an internship at STMicroelectronics focusing on memory characterization. They earned a B.E. in Electronics & Communication from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
