Mona Shukla

Mona Shukla is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Core Networks for North America at Ericsson since January 2005. Under Mona's leadership, a team of approximately 400 employees delivers a comprehensive Core Networks portfolio, driving cloud-native transformations for customers. Previously, Mona held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Packet Core and Communication Services, overseeing over 300 employees and managing solutions for 4G, 5G, VoLTE, and more. Mona's career at Ericsson also includes roles as Head of Project Management Office and Program Director, focusing on complex professional services engagements and customer management. Earlier experience includes technical analysis at BearingPoint, supporting financial data warehouse projects for leading organizations. Mona holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
