Monu Kabra

Monu Kabra is the Head of HR CU West & CU RJIO at Ericsson India, where they focus on aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving transformative HR initiatives. With over two decades of experience in sectors such as FMCG, automobile, and telecom, Monu has successfully led multiple transition and transformation programs, including a large-scale initiative involving over 3500 employees. Previously, they held HR roles at Tata Teleservices, ZTE, and Mahindra & Mahindra, enhancing talent acquisition and employee engagement processes. Monu holds a B.Com and a Master in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and is a certified PPA practitioner from Thomas International.
