Mostafa Helmy

Mostafa Helmy is currently serving as the MSCOO at Vodafone Oman. Previously, they held various roles at Ericsson from 2010 to 2018, including MSCOO for Etisalat Egypt and MS Operations Assurance Director. In these positions, Mostafa was responsible for managing customer relations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and driving operational performance improvements. Their earlier experience also includes serving as the MS Front Office Manager and MS NOSC Manager, where they focused on team performance management and change management processes.
