Moti Gyamlani is the SVP, Head of Group Function Global Operations at Ericsson. Moti has over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry, working in both India and Africa.

Gyamlani started their career at airtel in December 2012 as the Chief Procurement & Supply Chain Officer & Chief Cost Transformation Officer. In this role, they led a team of 600 supply chain team members globally, managing $10 billion in Capex and Opex. Moti also implemented cost-saving strategies that led to a reduction in network capex by over 40% and IT spend by over 45%.

In October 2016, Gyamlani joined Indus Towers Limited as a Member of the Board of Directors. Moti served as the Chair of the Remuneration and Leadership Development Committee. During their time at Indus Towers, Gyamlani helped the company become one of the world's largest telecom infrastructure companies with a revenue of $3 billion.

Gyamlani has a proven track record of driving cost savings and efficiencies within organizations. Moti is an expert in supply chain management and has helped create innovative sourcing strategies that have saved companies millions of dollars. Their experience in both India and Africa make him uniquely qualified to lead Ericsson's Global Operations team.

Moti Gyamlani has an Executive Education from Harvard Business School in Organizational Leadership, an IRM from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business in Information Management, an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in International Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.

Moti Gyamlani reports to Börje Ekholm, President & CEO. They work with MajBritt Arfert - SVP, Chief People Officer, Chris Houghton - SVP, Head of Market Area North East Asia, and Carl Mellander - SVP, CFO.
