They began their career as a Professional Services Consultant at Subex Ltd and later served as a Solution Architect at Ericsson, where they focused on Digital BSS transformation and mobile payment solutions. Currently, Mukul holds the position of Fintech Information Security Architect at Ericsson, delivering security solutions for mobile finance services platforms. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University and an MBA in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
