Murray Helm has extensive experience in managed services, currently serving as the Managed Service Chief of Operations for Yoigo in Spain at Ericsson since August 2012. Prior to this role, Murray operated as the Chief of Operations for Cricket Communications in the USA from March 2007 to June 2012, and held the position of Director of Service Solutions, overseeing managed services solutions in North America. Murray began their career in service management, demonstrating a strong background in operational leadership. Educational credentials include studies at Fleetwood Nautical College and Wray Castle Radio Officer College.
