Nick Carter has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of Solutions Development for Global Network Rollout Management at Ericsson since March 1997. In this role, Nick oversees the budget for end-to-end global software delivery, encompassing solution architecture, development, deployment, operations, and lifecycle management. Previous positions at Ericsson include Senior Application Development Manager, where responsible for leading software application projects, and Senior Manager of Technical Support, overseeing a team of engineers. Nick also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt designation and has managed various technical support roles, such as CDMA/TDMA Global Technical Assistance Center Manager and Technical Support Engineer. Prior to Ericsson, Nick served in the United States Air Force as a Medical Logistics and IT Administrator. Nick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Software Engineering Management from Strayer University between 2015 and 2018.
