Nie Yang

Nie (Neil) Yang is an experienced Business and Project Manager specializing in Policy Routing Subscriber Management within the information technology and telecom industry. Currently serving as a Technical Expert at Ericsson, Nie focuses on operations related to PCRF, PCF, and other critical systems. With a robust background that includes roles at Nokia and Siemens, Nie has developed significant expertise in incident management, technical support, and project delivery. Nie is also pursuing dual Master's degrees in Business Administration and Telecommunications from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
