Patrick Farley has extensive experience in patent law and enforcement, serving as Director and Senior Counsel for Patent Assertion & Enforcement at Ericsson from January 2010 to January 2020. Prior to this role, Patrick held positions as a Patent Attorney at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from January 2006 to January 2010, Greenberg Traurig, LLP from January 2005 to January 2006, Godwin Gruber from January 2003 to January 2005, and Kenyon & Kenyon from January 2000 to January 2003. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
