Paul McGettrick is a dynamic and results-oriented senior technology leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in delivering managed services and digital transformation across EMEA, Asia, and Africa. They are currently pursuing a B.Sc. (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and an M.Sc. in Electronics at Queen's University Belfast. Previously, they held key leadership roles at Ericsson, including Regional VP Operations for Oceania Asia India and Global Head of Customer Service Management, where they managed complex service delivery contracts and drove operational efficiency. Paul is recognized for their expertise in IoT, AI, Cloud, and 5G technologies, successfully aligning service strategies with business goals and achieving high client satisfaction.
