Pawan Pathak

Pawan Pathak has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, primarily at Ericsson since July 2013, where roles have included Talent Acquisition SME, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, and Manager of TA GSSC. Prior professional experience includes positions at Tech Mahindra as a Senior HR Executive focused on recruitment from February 2011 to July 2013, and at MetroTelworks as a Senior HR Executive from May 2009 to February 2011. Pawan also served as an HR Executive at Ericsson from February 2007 to May 2009, and worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at Reach Management and an HR Executive at Jobs Flash earlier in the career. Pawan holds a Master of Business Administration in HR & IT from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Utkal University. Education also includes completion of Senior Secondary School in Science.
