Philip Botes

Philip Botes is currently a People Analytics SME at Ericsson, where they utilize their expertise in data and people management. Previously, they worked as a Consultant for Psymetric, contributing to strategic solutions in industrial psychology for organizations. Philip is pursuing multiple degrees at the University of the Free State, including a Bachelor of Commerce in Law and an Honours degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both completed with distinction, as well as a Master of Commerce in the same field at Stellenbosch University.
