Prabhakar Jha

Prabhakar Jha is a Solutions Architect with over 15 years of experience specializing in Radio Frequency Network Design and optimization across various generations of mobile networks, including GSM, UMTS, LTE, and NR. They have held key roles at companies such as Ericsson and Huawei Technologies, demonstrating strong leadership in managing telecommunications projects internationally. Prabhakar began their career as an RF Engineer at ELITE Project Pvt Ltd and has since developed extensive skills in RF planning and optimization, utilizing various RF tools throughout their career. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from IETE and completed their 10+2 at BISSS.
