Prashant Joshi

Prashant Joshi is currently the OHS-Team Lead at Ericsson, where they manage a team of 40 professionals, focusing on improving safety standards and operational effectiveness. Previously, Prashant held leadership roles at various companies, including Accord Synergy and Vedang Cellular Services, where they oversaw project teams, enhanced radio frequency performance, and handled customer complaints. Prashant holds an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communication from IPS, College of Technology and Management in Gwalior, completed in 2011. Throughout their career, Prashant has demonstrated a commitment to quality assurance and continuous learning.
