Rachel Roman

Rachel Roman is the Head of Global People Services Quality and Performance at Ericsson, where they lead a team focused on optimizing HR processes across global operations. Previously, Rachel served as an HRMS Expert III at Ericsson from 2009 to 2016, where they supported users with system and process issues, led HRMS projects, and performed root cause analyses. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiting Consultant and Virtual Recruiter, gaining extensive experience in recruitment and HR management. Rachel's career began at ManpowerGroup as an Account Manager, where they managed high-volume staffing solutions. Rachel holds a background in higher education from Grayson County College, where they studied from 1992 to 1994.
