Rajashik Kar is an experienced professional in the field of testing and project management with over two decades of expertise. Since December 2011, Rajashik has been serving as the General Manager and Head of North America SDU Test Delivery at Ericsson, overseeing North America Testing and the Service Readiness Test Practice. Prior to this role, Rajashik worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions from February 2010 to November 2011 as a Project Manager, managing testing programs for Bank of New York Mellon and Citibank in the USA. Rajashik's earlier experience includes a tenure at Wipro Technologies from October 2000 to January 2010, where responsibilities included Test Manager for Magneti Marelli’s automotive embedded testing in Europe and Test Lead/Automation SME for Alcatel Broadband in the USA. Rajashik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from IIEST, Shibpur, and completed further education at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, in 2000.
