Raju Mjm

Raju MJM is an experienced professional with a strong background in organizational learning and development within the telecommunications sector. At Ericsson, Raju served as the Head of Learning for Networks and held leadership roles in Talent, Learning and Development for Digital Services and Managed Services, focusing on educational programs across South East Asia, Oceania, and India. Prior to Ericsson, Raju worked at Nokia Siemens Networks as Head of Learning for Digital Services and as Business Engagement Manager, responsible for internal customer learning. Raju's career began at Siemens, where roles included Learning Consultant and Solution Consultant, followed by positions at Tata Consultancy Services and Texas Instruments. Raju holds a Master's Degree in Information Science from the Indian Statistical Institute and an M.Sc. in Animal Science from the University of Lucknow.
