Ralph Hall is a Program Director at Ericsson, where they have focused on complex telecom service layer projects and international initiatives since 2001. Prior to their current role, they served as a Senior Customer Project Manager and Project Manager within Ericsson, and worked as a Consultant / Technical Project Manager at Swisscom International. Ralph began their career as a software engineer at Ascom from 1985 to 1990. They are currently pursuing a B.Eng degree at the University of Wales, Cardiff. Ralph is PMP and ITIL v3 certified.
