Randolph Koonse-Long is currently the Head of Services Delivery at Ericsson, a position held since 2017. Prior to this role, Randolph managed the Performance Governance and Service Assurance teams at Sprint Nextel from 1999 to 2017. Randolph served in the USMC Special Operations as a Master Gunnery Sergeant for 24 years, from 1975 to 1999. Randolph obtained an Associate's degree in Business from National University in 1999.
