Renaud Olmechette

Renaud Olmechette is the Head of the Belux Build Organization at Ericsson, where they are responsible for leading various transformations in network rollout and managing team delivery efficiency. Previously, Renaud acted as the Site Acquisition Manager and held several leadership positions in operational excellence and radio performance management. Renaud's extensive experience in the telecommunications industry began with Orange as a Radio Optimization & Performance Engineer. Renaud holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Haute Ecole 'Léonard de Vinci'​ and has undertaken various leadership and project management training programs.
