Ricardo Bocutti

Ricardo Bocutti, CCEP-I, is a Compliance Director currently serving as a Senior Compliance Officer for Ericsson in Latin America, where they oversee compliance for over 30 legal entities across various high-risk jurisdictions. With over 15 years of experience in compliance, risk management, and internal controls, they have worked in diverse sectors such as telecom, energy, and food. Ricardo has contributed to the B20 Brazil 2024 Integrity and Compliance Taskforce and co-chairs the AmCham Compliance Committee, focusing on developing a culture of compliance that encourages open communication about risks. Prior roles include Compliance Manager at JBS, Risk and Compliance Coordinator at GPA, and Senior Risk Management Consultant at Deloitte. They hold a Certificate in Financial Management from Insper and a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
