Richa Sharma

Richa Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and design leadership within the telecommunications sector. At Ericsson from July 2021 to June 2022, Richa served as Design Lead, overseeing design delivery for Vodafone and MBNL NTQ accounts while managing a team of Delivery Managers and Design authorities. Prior to this, Richa held the role of Delivery Manager, focusing on stakeholder relationships and governance. From June 2017 to July 2021, Richa worked as a Project Manager at Beacon Communication Services Ltd, managing project rollouts and governance processes. Richa's career also includes positions as Customer Project Manager at Stylus Networks and Project Manager at Linkquest Telecom Limited, among others, demonstrating a strong capability in project coordination and client relations. Richa holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bundelkhand University.
