Richard Nygren

Richard Nygren is an experienced ICT Delivery Manager at Ericsson, where they have held various roles since 1998, including Delivery Manager and Service Engineer. They were responsible for ensuring that enterprise IT services and solutions were delivered effectively to stakeholders, acting as the primary escalation point for any issues. Richard’s technical background includes a focus on GSM, GPRS, and HSPA rollout, as well as configuration and integration of diverse systems. They completed their education in Electronics and Microcomputer Technique at Västervik Gymnasium and in EL, Tele at Visby Gymnasium.
