Richard Robson

Richard Robson served as a People Engagement Director at Ericsson from 2014 to 2018, where they led people engagement activities and designed a global cultural alignment program for Managed Services. Prior to this role, they held various positions in quality engineering and transformation program management at multiple companies, including Hutchison 3G and MCI Worldcom. Richard earned a BA Hons in Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University between 1990 and 1994.
