Rishik Ghosh

Rishik Ghosh is the Managing Principal of the Strategic Programs Practice at Ericsson, where they have been guiding corporate strategy and value creation since 2015. With previous experience as an Engagement Manager at Accenture Strategy & Consulting from 2007 to 2015, Rishik specialized in strategy and operations across various industries. Their early career included a role as a Design Engineer at STMicroelectronics from 2004 to 2006, where they contributed to the design of microelectronic circuits. Rishik holds a Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian School of Business and dual degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Economics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
