Rishika Sen, PhD, is currently a Data Scientist III at Ericsson, focusing on Generative AI, Trustworthy AI, and Explainable AI. Rishika earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, following a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Calcutta. Previously, Rishika worked as a Research Investigator at Syngene International Limited, where they developed predictive models for chemical compounds. Rishika has also contributed to significant projects involving AI/ML models and compliance detection systems in the telecommunications sector.
