Rob Moore

Rob Moore has a diverse work experience with various roles in talent acquisition and consulting. Rob is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition for the UK and EMEA regions at Cradlepoint. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of experienced TA business partners and ensuring world-class talent acquisition.

Before joining Cradlepoint, Rob worked at Bullhorn as a Business Partner II in Talent Acquisition from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager, Talent Acquisition at Montash from 2016 to 2020. In this role, they played a lead role in Montash's hiring strategy, delivery, and retention across multiple locations.
