Robert Rudin

Robert Rudin is currently the Head of Global Sales Workforce at Ericsson, where they lead a team to enhance the global sales experience and facilitate sales training programs. Previously, they served in various leadership roles at Ericsson, including Managing Director in Kenya and the Dominican Republic, and VP positions focusing on regional and global accounts in sub-Saharan Africa and for major clients like Orange. Robert’s early career included roles in sales management across North and West Africa, as well as experience in commercial management and marketing for Ericsson. They have pursued education at notable institutions, including Columbia University and the Wharton School.
