Roger Peacock is the Head of People for Ericsson UK & Ireland, where they lead HR initiatives since 2017. Previously, they served as the Head of HR for M&A and Outsourcing at BT from 2007 to 2011, overseeing acquisitions and large-scale IT outsourcing contracts, as well as leading HR operations for BT Global Health. Before joining BT, they held various senior HR roles at IBM from 1998 to 2007, focusing on M&A and outsourcing as well as serving as the UK and EMEA HR Partner. Roger is also currently engaged in education at Piggott School in Wargrave.
