Roger Persson

Roger Persson is an experienced professional in software development and system design, currently working at Ericsson since November 2014. In the role of System Designer and Senior Software Developer, Roger focuses on the development of 4G and 5G RAN products, particularly in enhancing physical layer features like massive beamforming and multi-user MIMO. Previous positions include significant contributions to mixed 3G and 4G modem development at Ericsson and leadership of cross-site architecture teams at ST-Ericsson. Roger's extensive career also includes roles at EC Solutions AB, Create in Lund, and Multicom AB, where expertise in time-critical software, user interface development, and application protocol design was demonstrated. Roger holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Signal Processing from Blekinge Institute of Technology.
