Ron Doering

Ron Doering is an accomplished telecommunications professional with over three decades of experience in radio frequency engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Customer and RF Project Manager at Ericsson since July 2010, Ron oversees projects related to WCDMA, LTE, and 5G, managing finances and team members while successfully turning around struggling projects. Previous roles include leading an international UMTS engineering team for site transformation at Ericsson, consulting for Cricket Wireless on multiple projects across various states, and optimizing engineering efforts for Sprint and Pelephone. Ron's extensive background also includes work at Bell Mobility, Nortel Networks, Harris RF Communications, and JRC Canada, underscoring a significant expertise in RF design and implementation in complex network environments. Ron holds an Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
