Rowaida Amarein is currently the Head of Service Delivery for Jordan and Lebanon at Ericsson, overseeing operations across Core, Cloud, OSS, and BSS portfolios. Previously, Rowaida held several key positions at Ericsson, including Regional Techno Commercial Manager and Senior Solution Architect, where they drove commercial alignment and managed large transformation programs in the Middle East and Africa. Rowaida earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Jordan. They have received multiple awards, including the Market Area Middle East & Africa POWER AWARD and the Top Contributor AWARD from Ericsson's President & CEO.
