Sachin Gupta is an accomplished senior leader with over 21 years of experience in the Telecommunications and IT industry. Currently serving as the Head of Transformation & Continuous Improvements at Ericsson, Sachin drives key strategy programs to enhance operational excellence. Previous roles include Program Director and Program Manager within Ericsson, where they led numerous international programs focused on business transformation and efficiency improvements. Sachin holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Telecommunication. They have also received a certificate of appreciation from the House of Commons in Canada for community service.
