Salimata Thiam is the Head of Business Services Sourcing for the Middle East and Africa at Ericsson, a position they have held since 2015. Previously, they served as a Regional Communications Manager responsible for French-speaking countries in West and Central Africa at Ericsson from 2009 to 2015. Before their tenure at Ericsson, Salimata was a Senior Sales Manager at Elton Oil Company from 2002 to 2009. They hold an Executive MBA from HECI Dakar, completed in 2014, and are currently pursuing further education at the Institut Universitaire de Technologie IUT de Tours.
