Sameer Khanna is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Employee Journey Transformation at Ericsson since September 2012, Sameer has focused on enhancing employee experience through simplification and digitalization of processes, employing Agile methodologies and Design Thinking principles. Prior roles include Head of People for Managed Services Networks and Vice President of Human Resources for Region India at Ericsson, as well as leading HR operations in India and Sri Lanka for Jones Lang LaSalle. Sameer has a solid foundation in HR operations management acquired through previous positions at Logica, Britannia Industries Limited, Aon Hewitt, and NIIT Technologies Limited. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and ongoing executive development programs at Stanford University and Boston University.
