Sandeep MM is a Senior Solution Architect at Ericsson, with over 16 years of experience in RAN optimization across various network technologies including GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and NR (5G). They have worked internationally, delivering key solutions in network benchmarking, in-building coverage planning, and performance optimization. Formerly, Sandeep held roles such as Solutions Architect and RF Optimization Engineer at Ericsson and Nokia Siemens Networks, where they led teams and supported major clients in optimizing telecom networks. Sandeep holds a Diploma in Electronics from the Board of Technical Education, Kerala.
