Sania Raza

Sania Raza is currently the Head of Benefits, Americas at Ericsson, having previously served in various leadership roles including Head of Compensation, North America. With extensive experience in compensation analysis and management across notable companies such as FedEx Office, Sabre Corporation, Zale, and Alcon Laboratories, Sania has developed a robust expertise in their field. Sania is pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at The University of Tulsa while also completing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Pre-Med focus at the University of Oklahoma.
