Sara T. is the Head of Concept Development at Ericsson Consumer & Industry Lab, specializing in innovation and design thinking to drive insight-driven product development. Previously, Sara developed the Hape brand for the global market and led innovation processes at Identity Works, working with notable clients like Arla and Spotify. With extensive experience in marketing management at companies including Vodafone and Telenor, Sara has built a strong foundation in product and brand development. Sara holds a Master’s Degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of Gothenburg and has completed several leadership and communication courses. Currently, Sara is also engaged as a Freelance Innovation Leader.
