Sasa Mandic

Sasa Mandic is a seasoned professional in managed services, currently serving as the Managed Services Chief Operating Officer for the Cluster South Europe and Euroasia at Ericsson. Previously, Sasa held various roles at Ericsson, including Head of Networks & Managed Services Delivery for the Western Balkans, where they were accountable for delivery and operational performance across multiple countries. With a background that includes team leadership, account management, and project management, Sasa's experience spans over two decades in the telecommunications industry, including an early role as an Embedded Software Designer. They hold both a Dipl.Ing. and an M.Sc.E.E. in Telecommunications from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Belgrade.
