Sean Cryan

Sean Cryan is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Cloud Software & Services for both the Americas and North America at Ericsson since August 2007. Cryan's extensive experience includes leadership roles such as Vice President Digital Services, Country Manager & Key Account Manager in Nigeria, and Chief Information Officer for the MTN Global Customer Unit, among others. Prior to Ericsson, Cryan worked at Vodafone from July 2002 to July 2007 in various technical and operational capacities. Cryan holds a First Class Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Galway, an MBA in International Business from Henley Business School, and further executive education from Northeastern University and London Business School.
