Sean Owens is the Director of Strategic Customer Engagement at Ericsson, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Director of Technology Customer Solutions at Gallup from 2019 to 2025 and as a Senior Technology Analyst at Gallup Org from 2007 to 2019. Before their tenure at Gallup, Sean was the Director of IT Project Management at West Corporation from 2001 to 2007. Additionally, they are an Adjunct Professor at the Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas since 2015. Sean is currently pursuing a BS in Criminal Justice and Psychology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Master's Degree in International Security and Intelligence Studies at Bellevue University.
