Seda Dolen is currently the Head of Business & Operational Support Systems at Ericsson for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on digital transformation and 5G monetization opportunities. Previously, they held the position of VP - Head of Solution Sales at Amdocs and served in multiple senior roles at Ericsson, including Vice President for the South East Asia & Oceania region and various leadership positions within the RMEA region. Seda began their career as a Mediation Test Team Leader at Telsim and has a degree in Mathematics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
