SETH AFOTEY

SETH AFOTEY is a Support Engineer at Ericsson, with experience since September 2011 in providing first-line support for RAN (2G, 3G, 4G) customer networks, handling high-priority issues and customer service requests. Prior to this role, SETH served as a Radio Frequency Planning Assistant and MSAN Engineer at Vodafone Ghana from November 2010 to August 2011, participating in the transition from legacy to Next Generation Networks (NGN). SETH holds a Risk Management Professional Certificate from the London Academy of Professional Training and an MBA in Business Administration from Wrexham Glyndŵr University, along with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Ghana. Education culminated with a Secondary School Certificate from Okuapeman School.
