Seth Fox

Seth Fox is a Service Delivery Director at Ericsson, overseeing customer governance and performance within the Managed Services COO team for Regional Carrier and Cable accounts. They hold a BSc in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they also pursued professional certificates in Data Communication, Voice Communications, and Telecommunications Network Management. Previously, they served as a Network Operations Manager for New York City Wireless Networks and a Senior Switch Technician with Sprint CDMA. Seth has additional experience as a Field Service Manager and Implementation Manager at Ericsson, managing service delivery support and coordinating projects for national field service teams. They have also worked as an Audio Visual Technician during their time at university.
