Shailesh Railkar has over 15 years of extensive experience in telecommunications and project management, currently serving as the Head of Ericsson Supply Hub in Pune since November 2011. Shailesh also has experience as a 3G Program Manager for Ericsson, focusing on project planning and execution, and as a Program Manager with the Defense Forces. An educational background includes an M.Tech in Optical Electronics & Communications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a B.Tech in Electronics, Computers & Telecommunications from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, along with a Bachelor of Science from the National Defense Academy.
