Shan Lu

Shan Lu is currently the Radio Design Line Manager at Ericsson, leveraging a wealth of experience in system and hardware architecture. They served in various leadership roles at Ericsson from 2009 to 2014, including Head of Radio Design and Head of Baseband System, where they drove innovation in 5G technology. Prior to that, they worked as a System Architecture Engineer at TD Tech Ltd. from 2004 to 2009 and as a Hardware Design Engineer at Beijing Capitel Co. in 2003. In 2020, Shan also took on the role of Technology Advisor at Ericsson, building a core team to define key technology strategies.
