Shankar Raju

Shankar Raju is the Head Of Service Management at Ericsson, where they oversee service management scope in managed services, including project and vendor management. Previously, Shankar held various roles, such as Senior CPM and Head of MS Deployment at Ericsson, as well as positions at Motorola and NTT Data Corporation. Shankar has a strong background in project management, software development methodologies, and software quality assurance, along with expertise in Unix/Linux and multiple programming languages. They hold a Master of Business Administration from Westminster International College and have experience managing complex network testing and operations.
